Yes. The desktop client is offline-first with a local SQLite store. When you reconnect, your night syncs to the cloud automatically.
Casual fees and monthly subs sit on one ledger. Admins can mark cash/QR payments as Paid on-site, or players can self-submit via QR + bank screenshot for verification.
